International Business Experience for the leadership of Citrus Solutions
IT company Citrus has appointed Henrietta Heikkilä (M.Sc. Econ.) as the new CEO of Citrus Solutions, effective July 1, 2024. Henrietta joined Citrus in April 2022 as CFO and HR Director and has been Group CEO since January 2023.
“Henrietta has more than 25 years of work experience in versatile, demanding business development roles, particularly in digitalization of services and processes at Paulig, Hartwall and Veikkaus, which are strong brands in both domestic and international environments. Citrus' strategy is strongly based on profitable business, enabling growth and internationalization, so Henrietta has an excellent background to lead the company to the next level," summarizes Markku Karas, Chairman of the Board.
Citrus Solutions' current CEO, Henry Kaunislehto, will move on to new challenges outside the Citrus group. Henry joined Citrus in February 2022 and has led the company through challenging recessionary times. Under Henry's leadership, we have managed to keep customers satisfied and revenue steady, providing a solid foundation for profitable growth.
